A: We do not offer a Try On Service at this time. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this! Please DM our team to discuss sizing with a BYL Stylist

Q: How long can I hire a look for?
A: We have two hire periods available for all looks, either a 4-day hire or an 8-day hire. For any extended hire periods required, please get in touch with our Customer Care team

Q: Can I book a look in advance?
A: Sure can! You are able to book a look with us 6 months in advance

Q: Can I cancel my hire once the booking has been made?
A: BYL Beauties can cancel their hire 7 days days or more from the hire date and will not incur any cancellation fees. A full refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Cancellation of hire less than 7 days from the hire date will incur a cancellation fee of $20. Cancellation requests made after the postage of the hired item will not be able to cancel the hire.

Q: Do I need to wash/ dry clean a look before returning it?
A: Please do not wash or dry clean your hired look. Simply place back into the reusable mailer to return

Q: Do you ship internationally?
