DELIVERY

All bookings made via Book Your Look are processed and sent with Australia Post Express. Your hire will be posted out 1-3 business days prior to your first day of hire.

Bookings can be made Monday - Friday and are shipped Monday - Saturday.

Metro deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. Regional deliveries may take an additional 1-3 business days.

In the event of any delays with your booking, you will be notified via email.

RETURNS
Bookings will be sent in a re-usable mailer. Please use this satchel along with the pre-paid returns label provided and take to a Post Office or a Post Box on the last day of your hire by 4pm.
