Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before electing to use Book Your Look. By hiring any product from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to Book Your Look’s Terms of the agreement, then you may not use the service.

Cancellation 

You may cancel your hire subject to the following fees and policies:

  • Cancellation 7 days or more from the hire date, client will incur no cancellation fee and will receive a full refund back to original payment method.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days from the hire date, the client will incur a cancellation fee of $20.
  • If a client requests cancellation once the garment has been posted out, there will be no cancellation of booking. Clients’ will not receive a refund nor pay a cancellation fee.

    BYL Beauties can cancel their hire 7 days days or more from the hire date and will not incur any cancellation fees. A full refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

    Cancellation of hire less than 7 days from the hire date will incur a cancellation fee of $20.

    Cancellation requests made after the postage of the hired item will not be able to cancel the hire.

    Returns

    • BYL Beauties are to return the hired garment on the last rental day. Clients are to drop their hired item in the provided return satchel to a Post Office or Post Box by 4 pm on the last rental day (Day 4 or Day 8).
    • If you lose your provided reusable satchel, it is the client's responsibility to return the garment via trackable post to the following address:

    7 Thornleigh Avenue, Concord, 2137, NSW. You must provide tracking details and a photo of the addressed satchel to bookyourlookco@gmail.com  in order to avoid further charges.

    Late Returns

    • Late returns will incur a fee of $30 per day for every day the garment has not been returned to Book Your Look.
    • Late fees will be capped at 2 weeks or up to the RRP whichever is larger unless otherwise determined by Book Your Look at their sole discretion. After 2 weeks, if the order is unreturned your card stored by Book Your Look will be charged any remaining amounts. This charge is authorised and non refundable. 

      Cleaning 

      • Professional dry cleaning is included in your hire and clients agree that they will not attempt to clean, alter, iron, press or dry clean the hired garment.
      • As per the terms and conditions of booking, clients will agree to not wash or dry clean, iron or alter  their hired garments and will return it to Book Your Look after wear as is.
      • Book Your Look endeavours to have your hired garment delivered in perfect condition, however, during the mailing process, garments are prone to creasing. If need be, please steam your garment on a low heat from the inside out.

      Damaged, Stolen or Lost

      • All BYL beauties must agree to treat our garments like their own. You will treat the garment with care. 
      • If garments are lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair during the duration of your hire, the client is liable to pay for the replacement of this garment at the RRP price. 
      • BYL offers up to $20 free damage insurance, anything quoted beyond this price for repair, the client will be required to pay for the difference.
